DATA HANDLING STANDARDS

Six Ways We Keep Your Data Accountable

Our data practices are built around accountability at every layer — from the moment you key in a UPI ID to the day you close your account.

Encrypted Storage

All personal data — including your name, email, phone number and payment identifiers tied to UPI or Paytm — is stored using AES-256 encryption at rest, so it cannot be read even if storage media is accessed without authorisation.

Cookie Controls

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your session alive and analytics cookies to understand lobby navigation patterns. You can adjust non-essential cookie preferences from the Cookie Settings panel in your account at any time.

Account Security Layers

Two-step login verification is available for all accounts. We log every login attempt — including device, IP and timestamp — and flag unusual access patterns so you are notified before any sensitive account action is completed.

Data Retention Schedule

Account profile data is held while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure, unless local law requires a longer period. PhonePe and Paytm transaction logs follow the retention schedule mandated by Indian financial regulations.

Third-Party Sharing Limits

We share data with payment processors — including the UPI network, Paytm and PhonePe — only to complete your transactions. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to marketing companies or data brokers under any circumstance.

Your Right to Correction

You can request a correction to any inaccurate personal data at any time via Account Settings or by contacting the privacy team directly. We will update the record and confirm the change within the resolution window.

Yes. You may request full erasure of your account data at any time. We will delete or anonymise all personal information we are not legally required to retain, such as PhonePe or Paytm transaction logs subject to financial regulations.

We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers or marketing platforms. Data shared with third parties is limited to payment processors like UPI, Paytm and PhonePe, and only to complete your financial transactions.

Account profile data is retained for up to 24 months after closure. Transaction records tied to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe may be held longer if Indian financial regulations require it, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

We use strictly necessary session cookies and optional analytics cookies. You can accept, reject or adjust analytics cookies at any time from the Cookie Settings panel inside your account — changes take effect immediately on your next page load.
